GetNaked Nutrition is  my  online persona as well as a food and nutrition, wellness, mom life, and lifestyle blog inspiring you to strip down to your healthiest and happiest self at any age! I am a true foodie so healthy, yummy and easy food is at the center of teaching. Food and cooking is my jam (although I love the peanut butter more than the jam).

I relate to busy moms who believe they don’t have the time or energy to focus on their health but I show them how uncomplicated (and fun!) food and nutrition can be because I live it every day! Although I have been a registered dietitian working in many areas of food and nutrition for over 17 years, I bring a unique breath of genuine fresh air to the overwhelming diet world.

Do you have a product or service that would be mesh well with GetNaked Nutrition? I only work with and share brands that I often use myself and recommend to my private clients and audience. If it is a food product, I have to not only approve of the ingredients, but LOVE the taste. My picky kids are the best taste-testing subjects.

If you can’t tell yet, my passion is for all things food and nutrition. My happy alone time is literally wandering the markets looking at products!
