What to expect and how we connect: 

 

  • Individual support via my telehealth system and app to communicate during office hours (9-5 on weekdays) and weekends as able for questions, support and food and mood log reviews (if you decide to use that tool).

     

  • Weekly homework and check-in form for accountability and goal setting for the week.

     

  • Group chat in the app to stay engaged and inspire each other between sessions.

     

  • Weekly materials to accompany the nutrition education segments during our sessions (see topics below) + general guidelines, meal plan with suggestions to accommodate any diet preferences or allergies, shopping lists, recipes, dining out guide, alcohol handbook, and more.

     


Weekly Group Counseling Topics

In addition to discussing our progress each week and answering questions by going around in a roundtable fashion, I will be teaching my signature step by step program, The GetNaked Method: 

Week 1: Intro: Set intention and goals + initial nutrition education

Week 2: The Naked Carb Method: How to eat carbs + stop counting and calculating!

Week 3: The Brain Rewire: Diet culture + emotional history/connection to food + food and body appreciation

Week 4: Food glorious food: Simple meal prep, planning, recipes and food staples to stock so you can always make quick and easy meals and snacks. Plus live cooking class with me one evening (last session we made my Chillest EnChilladas).

Week 5: Social Life Edit: How to dine out, drink booze,  travel, celebrate, enjoy life  and still stay on a happy healthy path.

Week 6: The rest of your puzzle: Sleep, stress, hydration, movement + supplements. Live yoga class offered one evening.

Automatic enrollment in Sugar Busters Week around week 6/7

Week 7:  I call BS: Busting all the current food and nutrition myths.

Week 8: Thank you, Next!: Planning for what's next in life.
