Many of our clients frequently enjoy eating and drinking out at local restaurants. You should absolutely be able to dine out and still make healthy choices without sacrificing fun and good food. Here are some of our favorite spots and healthy picks!

If you live on Long Island and frequently dine out, you shouldn’t have to sacrifice your experience in order to watch what you eat. Since I am based out of Roslyn, New York, I’ve chosen some of my favorite restaurants to highlight menu items that you can indulge in without feeling guilty. And even if you’re not concerned about watching what you’re eating right now, the restaurant options I’ve listed below are highly recommended!

Fresh turkey, avocado, tomato in a lettuce wrap, option for side of dressing

Egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms, side salad or fruit
2 Eggs or 3-4 whites and 1 slice Alpine Lace, avocado, on 2 slices toasted whole wheat sliced bread
